FLUOROPOLYMER TUBING GAINING APPLICATIONS

Chemfluor 367 scientific-grade fluoropolymer tubing has found applications in wafer processing for semiconductors, said John Ekstrom, general manager of fluid systems and vice president of Wayne, N.J.-based Norton Performance Plastics Corp. (Booth 1492).

The 367 tubing has lower extractables with deionized water and acids and ``the smoothest surface for a fluoropolymer tubing we have found,'' Ekstrom said.
