TWINPAK INC. — The Montreal packaging producer named David Archer vice president of corporate administration and operations development. He also joins the board of directors. Archer will continue as group general manager of the firm's consumer packaging group. He recently was named president of the Tube Council of North America.
VINYL SIDING INSTITUTE — Ronald Burke joins the Washington organization as technical director. He replaces Rich Gottwald, who last year became executive director of the Plastics Pipe Institute, another Society of the Plastics Industry Inc. division.
