WASHINGTON — The American Plastics Council has made several staff changes designed to boost its programs for durable plastic products and technical assistance.
Andrea Wood has been promoted to deputy director of durables. Cathy Norris, formerly coordinator of APC's youth and education programs, has been named manager of durables communications.
Technology director Pete Dinger will serve as interim director of the technical assistance program, which supports community recycling efforts. Other changes include promoting Judith Dunbar from program coordinator to technical specialist and moving Mary Jo Oslavsky, who had worked with the durables program, over to technical assistance to strengthen the link between the two programs, APC said.
Bailey Condrey has been promoted to advertising director, responsible for the national ``Plastics Make it Possible'' campaign. Lori White was named specialist in advertising and communications.
Washington-based APC also announced that Jen Stein will be manager of consumer and community communications.
