XEROX'S FOWLER NAMED NEW PRESIDENT OF SPE

TORONTO—Norman Fowler became president of the Society of Plastics Engineers during the society's 55th Annual Technical Conference in Toronto from April 28 to May 2.

Fowler, who is manager of Xerox Corp.'s Applied Engineering and Manufacturing Center in Rochester, N.Y., succeeded Jay Gardiner.

Other officers named at Antec were:

President-elect, Norman Behn, president of Alltech Sales Co. in Fort Wayne, Ind.

First vice president, William Humphrey, president of R.C. Molding Inc. in Greer, S.C.

Second vice president, James Brackeen, sales manager of Exxon Chemical Co. in Houston.

Vice president, international, Terence Browitt of Terinex International Ltd. of Dollard des Ormeaux, Quebec.

Treasurer, Richard Heinke of Heinke Enterprises in Lincoln, Neb.

Secretary, Claudius Feger of IBM Corp.'s T.J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, N.Y.
