CHICAGO — T&T Technology and Trade Inc. of Chicago (Booth S162) is introducing its T&T Fines-Sep series of gravitational plastics fines and dust separation systems at NPE 1997.

The system de-dusts coarse plastics of post-industrial regrind, virgin pellets or pelletized masterbatches.

It has an air washer for aerated vertical material flow and a high-efficiency cyclone with an industrial fan.

Optional attachments are available for integration of T&T's Met-Sep system for nonferrous metal separation and T&T's Static-Sep, a static separator.

The Fines-Sep system works vibration-free and does not have rotating or moving parts. Three models have capacities of 300-3,000 pounds per hour and a dust-separation efficiency as high as 99 percent.
