CHICAGO — S.I.C.A. SpA (Booth N6933) is introducing two pipe processing machines at NPE. C125 2x2 is a double extrusion haul-off with a 50-inch gripping length for high pulling force. The machine is particularly suited to double extrusion lines with long vacuum-cooling tanks, tight product tolerances and frequent line start-ups. It is designed for pipe with outside diameters of three-eighths inch to 5 inches. It features two independently controlled pairs of caterpillars powered by DC motors.

TRK 400 is a cutting machine for pipe with outside diameters as large as 16 inches and a wall thickness of 1.8 inches. S.I.C.A. claims it cuts without forming chips, providing silent, clean operation.

S.I.C.A. offers a range of pipe equipment, such as belling machines, planetary saws, stackers and bending machines.
