By Design: Ecco Design's Eric Chan

In this week's "By Design," Ecco Design Inc.'s Eric Chan encourages the plastics industry to push the envelope in an interview with Plastics News. A native of southeastern China who founded the industrial design firm in New York, Chan has worked on products ranging from office furniture to consumer products and electronics for clients such as Herman Miller, Cusinart, Oxo, T-Mobile, LG Electronics and Colgate. Speaking to PN Editor Robert Grace at this fall’s Industrial Designers Society of America conference in Miami, Chan said that Ecco’s daily mission is to come up "the most creative experience or solution for my consumer."
