DeKalb Molded Plastics redefines focus

During the past three years, structural foam molder DeKalb Molded Plastics Co. has undergone workforce development and continuous improvement training, rebranded its marketing to better reflect 21st century conditions, and survived the worst economic downturn in generations. PN reporter Dan Hockensmith interviews DeKalb President Rick Walters, who took the Butler, Ind., company's reins as the U.S. economy crashed.
