Ravi Sawhney, CEO of Los Angeles-based RKS Design, has co-written with Deepa Prahalad, RKS’ global insights leader, a book called “Predictable Magic.†The authors focus on the emotional connection of successful design to all stakeholders in the supply chain and offer a seven-step framework for consistently developing products that resonate with their intended customers, regardless of whether those are consumers in the retail aisle or business-to-business customers.
