Norwegian automaker Think is readying its plant in Elkhardt, Ind., for assembly-line production of the plastic-body City electric car. Plastics News recently toured the facility, where cars built in Finland are being assembled in the U.S. even as the Indiana plant's manufacturing capabilities are being tweaked.
