Chinese carmakers use more plastic

The world has about 1 billion vehicles right now, but projections call for between 2-3 billion in 25 years. The Auto Shanghai 2011 show, which opened April 21, has a large presence of foreign auto parts makers and plastics firms. PN's video camera finds several items of interest, incliding Chang'an Motors exhibiting what it said was the first all-plastic, front-end module in a Chinese-developed car.
