Eric Schwartzman is co-author of "Social Marketing to the Business Customer," the first book devoted exclusively to b-to-b social media communications. At PN's recent Executive Forum, the founder of Schwartzman & Associates Inc. in Topanga, Calif., compared social media marketing levels to U.S. embassies abroad -- some are in more critical locations than others, and thus require more care and effort to succeed.
