Crew will be replaced by industry veteran Keith Smith, who's been with global plastics and chemicals giant DuPont Co. since 1980. Klesch Group's takeover of the European vinyls business of Arkema also is covered in this week's video. The video also includes PolyOne's Innovation Week event, which featured Harvard Business School professor Clayton Christensen.
