Ube Machinery introducing two presses at NPE

At NPE 2012, Ube Machinery Inc. (Booth 603) will introduce two injection presses that are new to the North American market in Booth 603.

Ube, of Ann Arbor, Mich., will exhibit a Ube UF all-electric press with 950 tons of clamping force, featuring a new controller, new flex servo technology and other advances.

Ube also will introduce the next generation of its two-platen machines, the Ube UU2-e Ube will offer new two-platen machines in 1,100-tons, 1,550 tons and 2,200 tons. The presses have servo hydraulics, a new controller and a servo independent circuit design, for energy savings, cycle time reduction, repeatability and user-friendly operation.

Ube also will showcase high-speed thin-wall molding, multi-material molding, mold rotation and the Ubemax UF Mold-Link process analysis program.
