Thermoformers are rolling out their latest

ORLANDO, FLA. — Thermoforming equipment makers and component suppliers will roll out their latest offerings and discuss their capabilities during the NPE2012 exposition, to run April 2-5 in Orlando, Fla.

Brown Machine LLC (Booth 3329): Continuous and cut-sheet thermoforming equipment along with capabilities for process engineering, tooling, productivity-enhancement kits and spare parts.

CMT Materials Inc. (Booth 123): Introduction of GN760 plug-assist thermoformer. New technology and techniques allowing thermoformers to reduce sheet thickness when forming heavy-gauge materials. Cost-saving tooling technology.

Geiss LLC (Booth 1891): Thermoforming machines. Auxiliary equipment and components and supplies including lasers for cutting, machining, marking and welding and thermoforming molds, dies and tooling.

Illig Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. (Booth 1231): Automatic thermoforming machine of the RDK series working from roll stock. ThermoLineControl monitoring. Self-adaptive startup control module. Energy-efficient surface heater elements with black enameling.

Kiefel Technologies Inc. (Booth 2763): Speedformer KMD automatic pressure forming machines incorporating innovative drive technology and the Simotion control system from Siemens AG.

KTX Corp. (Booth 44007): Machines for vacuum forming, trimming, rotational molding, automated wrapping and slush molding.

Maac Machinery Corp. Inc. (Booth 3019): Machines for thermoforming, pressure forming, twin-sheet pressure forming and five-axis computer numerically controlled processing.

OMV-USA Inc. (Booth 303): Thermoforming machines. Calendering equipment. Multiscrew extruders and sheet extrusion systems.

Thermoformer Parts Suppliers Inc. (Booth 123): Four-way adjustable clamp-frame system with steel cylinders and aluminum extrusions for use in cut-sheet thermoforming machines.

Thermoforming Systems LLC (Booth 129): Primary thermoforming equipment including synchronized dual-servo, toggle-driven Tilt technology and in-mold-labeling options.

Weco International Inc. (Booth 38036): Infrared heating systems, controls.

WM Wrapping Machinery SA (Booth 7445): Model FC 780E Speedmaster Plus roll-feed vacuum-pressure forming machine with steel rule cutting and B&R-supplied, fully digital process controls.
