BRISTOL, CONN. (July 17, 12 p.m. ET) — Hot runner maker Synventive Molding Solutions gets a new owner this summer — Barnes Group Inc., a publicly traded global maker of high-precision metal components and springs for aerospace, industrial and transportation markets. Barnes Group has agreed to pay $335 million for Synventive, which runs manufacturing in the United States, Germany and China.
