GRAND RAPIDS, MICH. (Aug. 21, 5 p.m. ET) — Extruder Custom Profile Inc. has been purchased by a private equity group that is making the Grand Rapids-based company the first firm in its new investment fund. Custom Profile, with manufacturing in Grand Rapids and Juarez, Mexico, makes parts for the office furniture and appliance industries.
