Rubber group to hold annual meeting at MAPP event

INDIANAPOLIS, (Sept. 13, 1:45 p.m. ET) — The Association for Rubber Products Manufacturers will hold its annual meeting in conjunction with a Manufacturers Association for Plastics Processors conference in Indianapolis Oct. 11-12.

MAPP’s 12th annual Benchmarking and Best Practices Conference is a business exchange designed for senior executives in the rubber and plastics manufacturing industry. The association’s goal for the meeting is to help companies improve their operations and tactics in a positive manner.

MAPP said the event is expected to draw about 400 attendees. This year’s theme is “Road to Excellence,” and the conference will address leadership, operational best practices, the latest financial benchmarks, sales and marketing, and the impact of employees on the bottom line.
