LAKE FOREST, ILL. (Sept. 18, 9:45 a.m. ET) — Packaging major Pactiv Corp. plans to expand its Corsicana, Texas, plant to meet rising demand for expanded polystyrene cups. The project was announced Sept. 17 by Texas Gov. Rick Perry, who stated the Texas Enterprise Fund will invest $930,000 in the project. The expansion will create about 200 jobs in Corsicana.
