LOWELL, IND. (Sept. 19, 3:20 p.m. ET) — A Newell Rubbermaid Inc. subsidiary that makes window and door hardware plans to close a plastics plant in Lowell. Ashland Products Inc. told the Indiana Department of Workforce Development that it will close the facility March 31. Ashland said 66 employees will be affected by the closure.
