When MaJe Inc. worked with POM Wonderful LLC to bring its bottle blow molding operations in-house, the company used a custom conveying system from Dynamic Conveyor Corp.

POM Wonderful makes pomegranate juice. MaJE, which provided the project management and engineering services, installed three blow molding machines and used several DynaCon conveyors for several areas, including pulling bottles from the molding machines and taking scrap from the blow molders to be reground and reused.

“We used incline conveyors for moving the scrap,” said Jeff Hull, MaJe project manager. “We had a lot of options so we could design the system to best serve our customer without having to extend the timeline.”
