ROCK HILL, S.C. (Oct. 1, 12:45 p.m. ET) — 3D Systems Corp. has acquired Tim The Innovative Modelmakers BV, an Eindhoven, Netherlands maker of on-demand custom parts.
Terms were not disclosed. Rock Hill-based 3D Systems will integrate TIM into its on-demand parts service business as 3D Systems Benelux,
TIM creates plastic and metal prototypes with a focus on consumer electronics, including appliances, computer peripherals and mobile phones.
