Lubrizol adding capacity for CPVC

WICKLIFFE, OHIO (Oct. 4, 2:05 p.m. ET) — Lubrizol Corp. will spend $125 million to build a new plant making chlorinated PVC resins and compounds in Deer Park, Texas. Lubrizol already operates an additives plant in Deer Park. The new plant will be the company’s third global CPVC production site, joining plants in Louisville, Ky., and Oevel, Belgium.
