Nestal and KM integrate sales in South America

Netstal AG, the injection press maker in Näfels, Switzerland, is now using the sales and service operations of KraussMaffei Group, its parent company, in Central and South America.

“We see very good growth opportunities for Netstal’s premium quality and service portfolio in Cen tral and South America,” said Hans Ulrich Golz, KraussMaffei president of global injection molding machinery. “In the future, we will be able to cope with rising demand from customers even more quickly and more efficiently by using and improving the existing sales and service structures of the KraussMaffei Group.”

All activities for the region are being coordinated by Klaus Jell, effective Oct. 1.

Jell has had the post of head of the Brazilian subsidiary of KM Group since October 2011. Before than, he was responsible for Netstal’s subsidiary in Germany and Netstal’s sales activities in Germany, Italy and the Netherlands.

Jell said that, also effective Oct. 1, KraussMaffei Andina (Bogota), the Columbian subsidiary of KraussMaffei Group, will handle sales and service in these countries: Colombia, bolivia, Venezuela, Central America and the Guyanas.

Sales in Chile and Peru will be managed through the agency Aldo Vergara Convermaq in Saniago de Chile.

Sales in Argentina will through through Jorge Oleskow at KHS Corpoplast in Buenas Aires. The Brazilian subsidiary of KraussMaffei Group will handle sales in Paraguay and Uruguay.
