Teknor Apex Co. is expanding its range of global engineering resins in Europe.

The firm’s European network has added engineering thermoplastics for use by European processors, with products that range from general-purpose to a variety of specially modified grades, including many nylons developed in the United States for automotive applications.

“We now offer European customers a product range that is broader and more globalized than ever, providing customers with an unlimited choice of custom formulations based on PA, PET and PBT,” states Neil Croucher, sales and marketing director.

“At [trade show Fakuma], Teknor Apex will introduce itself as a leading compounder of ETP solutions,” Croucher said in a news release.

New offerings in Europe include Beetle nylons, PET and PBT, and Chemlon PA compounds for automotive use.
