CSR designed to replace worn cold sprue nozzles

Incoe Corp. of Troy, Mich., has developed a CSR single nozzle for cold sprue molding, designed to replace worn or outdated cold sprue nozzles in existing injection molds with one-inch maximum bores.

Replacement end caps are supplied with extra stock, giving the flexibility to machine to any exact dimension.

Incoe CSR nozzles features the dual heater used on the Direct-Flo Gold series of hot runner systems, which allows molding to continue in if one of the heaters fails.
