CHICAGO (Dec. 7, 12 p.m. ET) — CTC Plastics is teaming up with materials company Lehigh Technologies to give new life to old tires. CTC uses the masterbatch — a 50-50 mix of micronized rubber powder and polypropylene — to manufacture pallets from 100 percent recycled material.
