UMass Lowell center using Dri-Air equipment

December 19, 2012

Dri-Air industries Inc. supplied drying equipment for UMass Lowell’s new Emerging Technologies and Innovation Center in Lowell, Mass.

Dri-Air, a longtime supporter of the school, supplied a Mini MD portable dryer, a hopper bank for drying different materials at different temperatures simultaneously, and material loaders for the center. The equipment is ideal for processing low quantities of resin for testing, Dri-Air said.

“We feel it is important to continue to innovate and promote the future of the plastics industry,” said Charles Sears, president of Dri-Air in East Windsor, Conn.
