AMBERG, GERMANY (Jan. 2, 10:30 a.m. ET) — Automotive injection molder Grammer AG, based in Amberg, is setting up a joint venture with Jiangsu Yuhua Automobile Parts to manufacture truck seats in China.
Grammer Seating will hold 60 percent of the new Grammer Seating (Jiangsu) Corporation, while Yuhua will have a 40 percent stake.
The business will produce and distribute truck and bus seats in China.
