HOUSTON (Jan. 7, 2 p.m. ET) — Intermediate bulk container manufacturer Hoover Container Solutions Inc. has acquired Consult Supply AS, a Stavanger, Norway-based offshore container provider. The deal expands Hoover’s reach into the Norwegian market — the Houston-based firm already has locations in Australia, Malaysia, Brazil, Abu Dhabi and the United States.
