PARIS -- Flexitallic Group, formerly named FDS Group, has acquired Houston-based Custom Rubber Products, which makes rubber, phenolic and plastic sealing products for the oil, gas and industrial markets.

Custom Rubber is housed in an 88,000-square-foot manufacturing campus. It was founded in 1961.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
