CHICAGO -- Don Briggs, president of the Louisiana Oil and Gas Association, will give the keynote speech at the Society of Plastics Engineers Thermoset and Composite divisions' Topcon conference in New Orleans.
Briggs will address industry trends, the future of oil and gas, and what areas will be affected both positively and negatively.
Briggs has been involved the oil and gas industry for more than 45 years.
