BEAVERCREEK, OHIO — Ernie Green Industries Inc.'s subsidiary eNNOVEA Medical has signed an alliance with a maker of medical devices that will see it invest $2.5 million into the firm and taking a 26 percent ownership in PercuVision LLC.

The alliance with Columbus, Ohio-based PercuVision will help both firms create more cost-competitive products and increase the sales and marketing efforts of the PercuVision direct vision catheter, the companies announced in a March 22 news release.

The alliance also will build on production capabilities of EGI, a molder based in Beavercreek, Ohio, and help it expand in the health care industry, supporting existing products and developing new ones.

"The alliance with PercuVision supports our strategy to bring innovative technologies to the health care industry," said EGI President Larry Jutte.
