HOLLAND, MICH.—L.K. Machinery Inc., a supplier of injection molding and die-casting machines, is moving to a bigger building in Holland, which will boost the company's operations, an L.K. official said.

L.K. Machinery will be closed March 28 and 29 while the company moves from its 5,000-square-foot building into an 8,500-square-foot facility just a mile away, said Karen Van Iwaarden, marketing and business development manager.

L.K. will reopen on Monday, April 1, with the same telephone and fax number.

"We'll be able to house more inventory, so we'll be able to provide parts to customers faster," said

The company also is adding staff, which requires more office space. Van Iwaarden said L.K. employed six people, before recently adding a seventh. The firm plans to add two more employees with the new building.

She said L.K. Machinery is adding more service technicians.

L.K. Machinery is the U.S. unit of Hong Kong-based L.K. Technology Holdings Ltd. The company manufactures its machines in China.
