DÜSSELDORF, GERMANY -- Messe Düsseldorf and the European Specialist Printing Manufacturers Association (ESMA) are working together to give a platform to the field of printed electronics.

As part of their cooperation, Messe Düsseldorf will organize a special Printed Electronics Products and Solutions (PEPSO) show at seven trade fairs at the Düsseldorf exhibition center, including the K 2013 trade show scheduled for Oct. 16-23.

The two partners will network their public relations and internet activities, market each other’s events and present themselves at the relevant partner events.

“The printing industry is ready to vertically integrate functionality and electronic applications. This agreement is an ideal opportunity for the printing community to embrace the many industries and markets covered by Messe Düsseldorf’s range of world class exhibitions,” said Peter Buttiens, CEO of Sint-Joris-Winge, Belgium-based ESMA, in a news release.

In addition to K 2013, Messe Düsseldorf  planned to include PEPSO showings at Compamed 2013, EuroShop 2014, EuroCIS 2014, Glasstec 2014, Interpack 2014 and Drupa 2016.
