Arsenal Capital to purchase adhesives, sealants maker

Private equity firm Arsenal Capital Partners said it plans to acquire ADCO Global Inc. from Aurora Capital Group, an equity company based in Los Angeles, for an undisclosed amount.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and other customary closing conditions. It's expected to close in the third quarter.

ADCO is a producer of specialty adhesives, sealants, tapes and coatings. It serves the construction, transportation and industrial markets across the globe.

It focuses heavily on developing specialized solutions for a variety of applications, including insulating glass windows, roofing, solar panels, automotive, buses, trailers, RVs, marine civil engineering, telecommunications, security glass and general construction.
