Fanuc Rotomachine Deutschland GmbH, the Neuhausen, Germany-based unit of the Japanese injection press builder, will show three all-electric Roboshot injection presses at K 2013 (Hall 15, Stand B25).

A Roboshot press with 100 metric tons of clamping force will mold polypropylene closure caps for syringes, which will re removed by a Hekuma linear robot.

Another press, a 150-tonne Roboshot equipped with an Otto Manner mold, is set to mold a two-component caps for felt-tip pens.

The third Roboshot, will mold electronic connectors from polybutylene terephthalate.

The Fanuc controller displays its energy usage, giving customers a transparent picture of the machine’s efficiency.
