The Penda Fabri Form Corp., which was created by the July merger of Penda Corp. and Fabri-Form Co., will now operate under a new name: PendaForm Co.

President and CEO Jack Slinger announced the change and a new logo in October, saying the integrated name and logo design is part of a rebranding effort that emphasizes thermoforming solutions.

“The new name and logo reflects a concise and strong foundation on which the new organization can build on our combined strengths and shared history,” Slinger said in a statement.

While the legal name of the New Concord, Ohio-based holding company is the PendaForm Co., Penda and Fabri-Form remain wholly owned subsidiaries. They will continue to be legal entities and there will be no changes to how business transactions are handled with customers or vendors.

PendaForm is the largest heavy-gauge thermoformer in North America for the automotive industry, material handling, packaging, engineered components, heavy truck, containment and water management.
