Korneef promoted to president of press maker Boy Machines Inc.

Marko Korneef has been promoted to president of Boy Machines Inc. in Exton, Pa., the U.S. unit of the German manufacturer of small-tonnage injection presses.

Korneef jointed Boy in 2010 as vice president of sales and service. Boy also named Franco Pettine as sales manager.

Korneef has technical and engineering degrees from Christelijke Middelbare Technische School and Technische Hogeschool (the College of Advanced Technology), both in the Netherlands. He has worked at several companies, including Technoplast International, Trinity North America, Bielometik Inc. and Kiefel.

Dr. Boy GmbH & Co. KG in Fernthal, Germany, makes injection molding presses with clamping forces up to 110 tons.
