HOW MUCH OF CAPACITY CHINA WILL ADD THIS YEAR IN PP AND PE. WILL THEY BE IN A POSITION TO EXPORT OR THE LOCAL DEMAND WILL CONSUME THE ADDED CAPACITY
There is no significant PE or PP new capacity scheduled to come on stream in 2011. Any modest growth will likely be absorbed by domestic consumption.
do u see any regula pe/pp export from china like pvc.if yes who will be manufacturers, can anybody inform name of manufacturers with capacity .
Hi Shoaib, in my opinion, China is unlikely to start exporting large quantities of PE/PP in the near future. The supply/demand balance for PE/PP is very different from PVC. China imports significant amounts of PE/PP from South Korea, Singapore, the Middle East, India, etc. Main producers are Sinopec and Petro China.
