Milacron announces definitive sale agreement
BATAVIA, OHIO (May 12, 2009) -- Milacron Inc. announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell substantially all of its assets for about US$175 million (1.19 billion yuan). The deal is
still subject to approval by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Cincinnati, Ohio, and to potential bids from competing parties.
