The fee for the program is $525, which includes Sunday evening's "Business Glows" networking reception, Monday evening's "Fun at the Races" networking reception and Tuesday evening's Processor of the Year reception. What better way to meet new guests and greet friends from past Forums than at the champagne breakfast at the Saddlebrook, followed by a Healthy Topic Presentation which will help identify foods that will aid in sleep or in lifting the spirit. Are you susceptible to colds or allergies? It will be interesting to learn that in addition to the standard fare of meats and veggies, there's an apothecary of other ingestible options. Find out which nutritional options may be the answer to specific problems, and which may actually cause them!

Walking Tour of Ybor/Lunch at Columbia Restaurant

Discover the colorful diversity of this National Landmark neighborhood. This walking tour reveals a special mix of architecture in wrought iron balconies, vibrant Spanish tile, classical facades, historic cigar factories, charming "Shot-gun" style cottages and a museum. Lunch will be served at the historic Columbia Restaurant, followed by a behind-the-scenes tour of the restaurant that explores its nearly 100 years of history. The tour concludes with a visit to Columbia's own cigar shop where you can purchase cigars and gifts imported from Spain.
