The 8th Plastics News Executive Forum -- held Feb. 25-28, 2007, in San Diego -- featured nearly three dozen presenters over 2½ days. In addition to lively debate on topics ranging from environmental sustainability and resin prospects to emerging markets and M&A trends, Plastics News crowned Mack Molding Co. as its Processor of the Year. In this 11th annual contest, Mack edged out fellow finalists Berry Plastics Corp. and Innovative Injection Technologies Inc. for the honor.
