Nypro shareholders approve Jabil deal

CLINTON, MASS. -- The Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) participants and shareholders of Nypro Inc. have voted overwhelmingly to approve Jabil Circuit Inc.'s acquisition of Nypro.
