CLINTON, MASS. - Res-Tech Corp. expanded its custom molding capabilities into large part molding with the addition of a Van Dorn Demag injection press with 400 tons of clamping force. The Clinton, Mass., molder previously made only those parts that needed 250 tons of clamping force or less, said President John Schmidt.
The company now operates 29 injection presses. Schmidt said he plans to add a second large-tonnage press in the near future. Schmidt operates another plant, White Precision, in Leominster, Mass.
