WASHINGTON - The Flexible Packaging Association has announced new appointments to its executive committee and board of directors. Thomas Bryce, chairman and chief executive officer of Bryce Corp. in Memphis, Tenn., was named FPA chairman.
Len Azzaro, director of marketing and sales, national accounts, for RJR Packaging in Winston-Salem, N.C., was named treasurer.
David Hofmann, president and chief executive officer of Graphic Packaging Corp. in Wayne, Pa., is executive vice chairman (chairman-elect).
David Gnau, general manager of the Film/Flex Division of Cadillac Products Inc. in Troy, Mich., was named vice chairman of the Operations and Technology Division.
Jeffrey Lammers, vice president of administration for Duralam Inc. of Appleton, Wis., is vice chairman of the Public Relations & Marketing Division.
Gary McDaniel, president of the Smurfit Flexible Packaging Division of Jefferson Smurfit Corp. in Schaumburg, Ill., is vice chairman of the Business & Economic Research Division.
New board members are: Cynthia Carroll, vice president/general manager of Alcan Foil Products's laminating plant in Louisville, Ky.; John Quinn, president of Sengewald USA Inc. in Marengo, Ill.; Madeleine Robinson, chief executive officer of LPS Industries in Newark, N.J.; and Mark Santacrose, president of Bagcraft Corp. of America in Chicago.
