Rotomolded polyethylene floor safes provide toughness, design freedom and plenty of space to store valuables. The product, developed by Hayman Safe Co. of Oviedo, Fla., has a PE body that is encased in concrete in the floor. A sturdy metal door bolted to the body provides access to the safe contents. PE's toughness discourages would-be thieves from prying or hammering the door.
