DELPHI INTERIOR & LIGHTING SYSTEMS - Bruce Kirkham was named general director of European operations for the Warren, Mich., producer of automotive components. He replaces Roland Link, who is returning to the United States on special assignment preceding his retirement in December, after 31 years of service. Kirkham will be based at the division's European headquarters in Russelsheim, Ger-many. The following appoint-ments also were made: Allen Ladd Jr., venture development director; Todd Sheppelman, director of worldwide program management, North America; Art Ickes, operations manager-materials, Mexican operations; Ricardo Blazquez and Stan Czacki, operations managers; Kevin Quinlan, manager of the Brea, Calif., plant.
FOAMEX INTERNATIONAL INC. -Salvatore Bonanno was named executive vice president of manufacturing, and will also assume the role of president of Foamex L.P., a position held on an interim basis by John Rallis, president and chief operating officer of Foamex International. Bonanno had been general manager of international manufacturing operations for Chrysler Corp. Foamex International, based in Linwood, Pa., makes flexible polyurethane foam products.
JONES PLUMBING SYSTEMS INC. - Kenneth Wells resigned as a director, president and chief executive officer of the Birmingham, Ala.-based injection molder and its subsidiary, Jones Manufacturing Co. Inc. Robert Amter was named president and CEO.
KEEP AMERICA BEAUTIFUL INC. - Jeremiah Sheehan, president and chief operating officer of Reynolds Metals Co. in Richmond, Va., was elected chairman of the board and chairman of the executive committee of the Stamford, Conn.-based nonprofit group. LEAR SEATING CORP. - Richard Weisbart was named director of plant operations for the company's facilities located in Detroit, Fair Haven, Grand Rapids and Mendon, Mich. Nearer Swannigan Jr. was named manager of Lear's Detroit facility. John Steensma was named manager of the Mendon plant. Lear is headquartered in Southfield, Mich.
