ERIE, PA. - Mark McEnery hopes that the slight slowdown in business he has seen lately is only temporary for his new business. McEnery, president of newly formed Infinity Plastics Co., has seen a minor slowdown in orders from the time he started Infinity in mid-April, but is still running three shifts, six days a week.
Infinity injection molds consumer products, caps, closures and toys.
The company is running two 220-ton presses, and McEnery plans to add three more presses by the end of the year. He said what sizes the new machines will be depends on the company's needs to supply customers.
The company has capacity to process about 900,000 pounds per year.
