Interplastic Corp. has launched its Compucolor color-matching system for gel coats used in the plastics fabrication industry. The system's scanner reads a selected color sample converting it into digital data, the St. Paul, Minn.-based company said. This data is compared to preset color standards and is changed into a computer-generated formula that will match that sample.
